Shipping to Taiwan

It is a prerequisite in Taiwan that all shipments be sent to private addresses; individuals need to get identification card details for the goods to be cleared. In accordance with this please make sure that the individual’s (consignee's) telephone number is written correctly on the HWAB. With this number TNT personnel can directly make contact and ask for information without any delays.

Identification details for shipments to companies are not mandatory; however, still adding telephone numbers will be helpful to TNT personnel should contact need to be made.
